What returns do you get after pooling your land?

Krushi Samruddhi Kendra will be a township developed around Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg, a project undertaken for more connectivity and development. It will be built along with the agro-based industries introduced in this region. There can develop new small enterprises of self-employment and wage employment as the area will have access to favourable infrastructure and connectivity. 3- The landowners are entitled of the complete ownership of their land. Hence, they can sell the developed plot after the completion of the project if they want to. Options like selling the developed plot in the open market or to the government at a buyback value are available with these landowners.

4- Self and wage employment and business activities will be set up in these Kendra, such as agro-processing units, cold storage chains, warehousing, logistics, and veterinary dispensaries. Agriculture related businesses will flourish. Producer – consumer linkages will be established, improving the reality market.

5- Landowners will get developed plots close to expressways which will result in better connectivity.

6- The new towns will create several opportunities for people within the districts and in the surrounding areas, thereby boosting overall development and reducing forced-migration.

7- These Kendra will support a wide range of health, education, business, housing and leisure options. The quality of life will, thus, improve for the people in the district.

8- Commuters will have access to a number of tourist places and improved connectivity to places in the 24 districts. Travel will become safe and fast.

9- Good quality road connectivity will ensure quick transportation of farm produce and dairy products to major market centres. Businesses will have opportunities to expand using the connectivity, modern infrastructure, and amenities that will be available in the region. 10- It is estimated that around 20,000 to 25,000 people will get employment from each Krushi Samruddhi Kendra.
