The construction of Samrudhhi Mahamarg is going on in 16 sections. The section is named as âConstruction Packageâ. To maintain the good speed of work and proper work management, a total of 16 construction packages are made, each having around 40 to 45 Kms. boundaries of Districts, Talukas, Villages coming within 700 Kms. Samrudhhi Mahamarg alignment, as well as many other factors, are considered while making the construction packages. Hence, the brief of how this construction work will take place and what are the updates of work given in those 16 packages will be conveyed through this series of blogs.
Details of Construction Package 10
Package 10 is from chainage Km. 444.845 to chainage Km. 502.752. This section is from Village Fatiwabad to Village Surala in District Aurangabad and has a length of 57.910 Km. Construction work of this package is awarded to M/s. L & T Limited Along with road work, there are major structures to be constructed. These are as follows:- âĻ03 Interchanges and 33 Service Roads of a total length of 19222 meters, 04 Major Bridges of the total length of 420 meters, 26 Minor Bridges and 05 Canal Bridges of the total length of 89 meters.
Details of Construction Package 11
Package 11 is from chainage Km. 502.698 to chainage Km. 532.094. This section is from Village Dhotre to Village Derde Karhale in District Ahmednagar and has a length of 29.396 Km. Construction work of this package is awarded to M/s. Gayatri Projects Ltd. Along with road work, there are major structures to be constructed. âĻThese are as follows:- 02 Interchanges and 27 Service Roads of a total length of 5817.48 meters, 04 Major Bridges of the total length of 1100 meters, 15 Minor Bridges âĻ
Details Construction of Package 12
Package 12 is from chainage Km. 532.094 to chainage Km. 577.739. This section is from Village Pathare Kh. to Village Sonari in District Nashik and has a length of 45.645 Km. Construction work of this package is awarded to M/s. Dilip Buildcon Ltd. Along with road work, there are major structures to be constructed. âĻThese are as follows:- 01 Interchange and 42 Service Roads of a total length of 12217.45 meters, 07 Major Bridges of the total length of 1260 meters 18 Minor Bridges
Along with the above big structures, there are many small and medium structures that will be constructed in the highway work.
The above-mentioned contractors have started the construction of the highway in their awarded packages.
